If Musk doesn't know that rapid antigen tests can produce false negatives, then he almost definitely doesn't know that PCR involves thermal cycles and is probably using the term 'cycle' in the generic sense used by computer people -- i.e., he's asking if you can get a false positive just by running the same test many times.
