I have often referenced my older pieces in newer pieces. This is somewhat redundant, because I have been writing the same handful of articles using different words in response to misunderstandings for the past six years, and it mostly doesn't have any effect, but every so often somebody who clearly took more than the prescribed dosage of adderall goes through and reads, highlights, and claps for hundreds of my stories in a single sitting, presumably driven by this habit.
